We were trading through six different companies with properties in several of them. After McGregors benchmarked the business it became apparent that we needed to re-structure the business both from an operational point of view and also for a more tax efficient structure.

McGregors identified a mechanism by which we could re-structure the business into two entities, one of which had all the trade and the other with all the property, and they then brought in experts to facilitate this process.

They are constantly bringing ideas to help our business and we are currently working on two strategies with specialists they have brought to us to save us tax, both on a contingency basis. They have also made considerable tax savings re-structuring the remuneration package of our key directors/shareholders.
