iCash - Online Bookkeeping

The system allows us to check our client's books as they are written up and to identify and correct errors at an early stage, thus giving them the confidence that their records are being correctly maintained. As the accounts are up-to-date, we can be more pro-active in advising them on financial and tax matters.

At present the system deals with bank accounts, including reconciliations, petty cash and credit card expenditure, VAT and income and expenditure analysis as well as producing graphs to show where your money comes from and where it goes to. Full sales ledger and purchase ledger systems will be introduced shortly.

Specially designed screens, which resemble an on-line version of a bank statement, make entering transactions easy. We define the account structure and codes for the client's individual business, which reduces the chance of incorrect postings.

A further benefit is the ability to use the system from the clients' home or office - in fact anywhere there is an internet connection for a computer. Therefore, clients are able to access their financial reports and statements online, 24 hours a day.
